President/CEO - Mr. Odell Isaac
Mr. Isaac has owned and operated his own custom software development
company since 1995 and has worked on projects for the Department of Defense,
regulatory compliance, clinical trials, patient information systems, disease
management applications, care management applications, OSHA/MSDS products,
integration engines, process management engines, topic navigation and mapping
engines, healthcare databases, electronic medical records and numerous web
based applications. He has worked for various medical software companies
including Sightstreet (purchased by Johnson & Johnson) as their CTO,
Quovadx (formerly XCare.net) as Sr. Director of Engineering, Vitria Technology
as a Senior Sales Consultant and Micromedex (a subsidiary of the Thomson family
of companies) as an engineer and later as a Program Manager.
Mr. Isaac has a number of software products to his credit including
"SmartResponse" from Vitria Technology, "QDX Quick" from Quovadx, "PDR On
Disk", "Tomes+" DVD and online, and "CareNotes" all from Micromedex, "Kaiser
Permanente Online Integration Portal" from Quovadx, "MedUnite Transaction
Monitor" also from Quovadx, "CompressionPlus" (compression and encryption
algorithms) and numerous other web portals and smaller object related modules
for plug-and-play integration.
Mr. Isaac has an engineering degree from St. Louis University and is presently
working on an International MBA at Regis University in Denver. He is an avid
pilot and holds a Commercial Multi-Engine rating in airplanes as well as a
Commercial Rotorcraft rating. He enjoys spending time with his family, golf
outings and is an ice hockey referee as well.
CTO/CSO -Mr. Jon Wisda
Mr. Wisda is an Information technology executive with over 15 years of
experience in product development, information technology and healthcare. His
experience includes developing strategies for leveraging current technology in
business. Mr. Wisda has developed enterprise resource planning (ERP), commerce
and distributed computing architectures for MS Windows and UNIX based
environments. Previously, as CIO for Jobson Publishing, Mr. Wisda helped a
disparate group of acquired companies become a single entity by aligning
technology with corporate strategy and business objectives. By updating legacy
systems to new technology and implementing ERP and CRM systems Mr. Wisda helped
Jobson become one of the premier providers of Healthcare information and
medical education to the international medical market.
Senior V.P. of Operations- Mr. Stevenson Sommer
Mr. Sommer joined Caduceux after working for a medical publishing company for
six years. His expertise is in computer network management including Windows Servers,
Internet Information Services, and network routing. As a systems administrator in his
previous position, Mr. Sommer was able to integrate information systems from several
acquisitions into one cohesive system. He also built a web farm infrastructure to host
several high volume web sites.
Mr. Sommer holds a business degree from the University of Arizona with an emphasis on
management information systems. He enjoys skiing and snowboarding in the winter, and
off-roading in the summer.
